SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY COST:

We mainly ship via Delhivery (https://delhivery.com). On the checkout screen when you will put your address and pincode the cost of shipping will be calculated then. Based on your pincode cost of shipping will vary.

ORDER PROCESSING DELIVERY TIME:

All orders placed on Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched by 72hrs. All orders placed during the Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday the 72hrs dispatch and processing time will be calculated from next business/working day.

As we mainly ship via Delhivery (https://delhivery.com) and shipping time will depend upon the courier service. We will inform you and send you the shipment tracking details once the product is shipped.

We provide service to all over India. Though few pincodes are embargoed by Delhivery, and we will not be able to provide service to those pincodes. You will get shipping cost and details during checkout process.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND P. O. BOXES:

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. So please provide the delivery address carefully while checking out. In case you have provided wrong address refund or return will not be eligible.

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We provide service to India mainly. If you are residing outside India then e-mail at store.contact@soccermonk.in. Shipping cost and product cost will change and we will have to process the order manually not via Soccer Monk Stores.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
