Considerable care and dedication are invested in meticulously printing the photographs you have chosen and ensuring its secure delivery. It’s important to be aware that every piece of photo is printed with care, commencing its printing once your order is placed. Consequently, returns and refunds are provided exclusively in exceptional circumstances (please refer below for further information).

We offer exchange in cases of any wrong photo is printed and sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund money due to the nature of our business.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange/replacement, you can contact us at store.contact@soccermonk.in within 7 days to exchange the item. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The exchanged/replaced item delivery time will depend on our shipping partner. As soon as the exchanged/replaced item is dispatched we will notify you and you can track the shipment.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE:

1. You should first inform us and request exchange, as mentioned above
2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. You have to bear the return shipping cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation of an order is accompanied by applicable charges. The cancellation charges are structured as follows:

• Cancellation before the processing begins: 90% of the order value will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• Cancellation after printing: No refunds are available at this stage.

NO RETURN & REFUNDS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor we provide refund on items we have shipped. Only exchanges and replacements will be provided.
